Ator Wesley Snipes é preso por sonegação de impostos

Segundo informações do site "TMZ", o ator Wesley Snipes se entregou à policia da Pensilvânia nesta quinta-feira (9).

O chefe do setor de Relações Públicas da polícia confirmou a prisão do ator, que ficará três anos na cadeia por sonegar impostos.

O valor chega a um total de US$ 12 milhões devidos nos anos de 1999, 2000 e 2001.

Em entrevista ao programa "Larry King Live", do canal CNN, Snipes declarou que tinha esperanças de que um milagre acontecesse e mudasse a situação.
